Yatika Chaudhri is an associate attorney with Aleshire & Wynder. She has prior experience representing healthcare providers in a wide variety of litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters as well as representing employees in wage and hour class actions and other employment-related disputes. Her practice focuses on labor and employment matters, litigation, and advising on prevailing wage issues.
While studying at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, she served as staff editor for the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties & Civil Rights, performed research for a National Science Foundation-funded study pertaining to the role of coerced debt in domestic violence, and interned for the Equal Justice Center as part of the Transnational Worker Rights clinic. During summers, Yatika also interned at the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and Texas Attorney General, Child Support Division. Currently, Yatika is serving as a Director on the Board of Directors of the South Asian Bar Association of Orange County.
