Mr. Onstot is a partner of the Firm and co-chair of its Litigation Practice Group. He is also a registered patent attorney and practices out of the Firm's Riverside office. Mr. Onstot has tried over 15 bench and jury trials in federal and state court as well as served as prosecuting attorney for many municipal clients.
