Rick Rhodehamel

Executive Director

Rick Rhodehamel is the Executive Director at Aleshire & Wynder LLP, where he directs the firm’s financial, operational and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with A&W’s core service values.  He oversees all operational areas of the firm including Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk Management, and Facilities. Rick will work closely with firm leadership to increase quality and efficiency across the firm’s processes and operations.

Prior to joining A&W, Rick spent 11 years as Chief Financial Officer of another mid-sized law firm.  His prior experience also includes positions in Real Estate, Investment Management, and Management Consulting.

Rick has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the Ohio State University.
