Robyn K. Moore Hubbard is a Senior Paralegal with the Firm focusing on code enforcement, land use and zoning, and litigation. Ms. Moore Hubbard is familiar with multiple city’s municipal and zoning codes and the enforcement of these codes. Ms. Moore Hubbard communicates with property owners, tenants, bank representatives, counsels, and City staff regarding violations, necessary corrective actions, City procedures and helps guide properties to compliance. Ms. Moore Hubbard conducts necessary research regarding County code adoptions, property ownership, business involvement, and possible foreclosure actions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Moore Hubbard worked in Illinois as a paralegal in a variety of areas of law, including medical malpractice defense and worker's compensation. She has been involved in cases from inception, assisting in case management, deposition and trial preparation to sitting at counsel table during trials through jury verdicts. She has been an adjunct faculty member at Illinois Central College in Peoria, Illinois, as a Paralegal Studies instructor.
Ms. Moore Hubbard obtained her paralegal certificate from ABA approved Roosevelt University in Chicago in 1997. Ms. Moore Hubbard obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Truman State University in 1995.
