Our extensive experience enables us to play an effective role in the formulation of financing plans by our clients.  The bond issues undertaken on behalf of our clients have spanned from a few million dollars to upwards of sixty million dollars.  Many of the transactions have been extremely complex, including major projects such as airports and convention centers, projects located on federally protected land, and other uniquely structured transactions.

The bond practice encourages close relationships with clients, staff and officials and endeavors to create comfortable and professional relationships for information sharing and due diligence matters.  To that end, we maintain constant communication with the client throughout the transaction process.  We also provide follow up consultation following bond issuance.  In addition, our Firm includes public agency specialists with extensive knowledge on issues intimately connected with the bond issues, including those related to public works projects, municipal litigation, wastewater treatment plants, permitting and development, sewer and drainage issues, storm water and NPDES issues, environmental concerns, Proposition 218, LAFCO and elections.
