Orange County Business Journal Names Aleshire & Wynder a 2025 Best Place to Work

For the second consecutive year, Aleshire & Wynder was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in Orange County. This esteemed awards program, established in 2009, is a joint project of the Orange County Business Journal and the Workforce Research Group.

This county-wide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, California—benefiting the county’s economy, its workforce, and local businesses.

Organizations throughout the county participated in a two-part evaluation process. The first part reviewed each employer’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, accounting for approximately 20% of the total score. The second part involved an employee survey designed to assess the overall employee experience, which made up approximately 80% of the total score. A&W deeply appreciates our employees for sharing positive feedback about our company and workplace.

The combined results determined the final rankings, which were released in a special section of the Orange County Business Journal on July 7, 2025.
