Kyla Garcia

Associate

Kyla is an Associate in the Central Valley office. Kyla graduated from Southwestern Law School and while there, served as an advocate for undocumented inviduals at Southwestern Law School's Immigration Clinic, and advocated for minor clients and their families through Southwestern Law School's Children's Rights Clinic.

She's also served as a legal advocate for the Fresno District Attorney's Office, H.E.A.T. Task Force, and the Fresno City Attorney's Office, Code Enforcement. 

Kyla focuses her practice on defending her clients in litigation, from inception to resolution. She has experience in defending school districts, joint powers authorities, public entities, and employers. She has experience in insurance defense, school defense, employment and wrongful termination defense, and public entity defense cases.
