Isaac C. Young is a Senior Associate attorney in the Los Angeles office. Isaac assists the Firm with a broad range of legal matters, focusing his practice on litigation and trial work in various areas of the law such as: code enforcement, civil rights, labor & employment, environmental justice, land use, property acquisition and takings, personal injury, real estate, and water.
Isaac also advises municipalities on public law issues such as the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, Code Enforcement, and local regulations. Isaac also drafts contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and development related agreements.
During law school, Isaac was a member of the Sales and Use Tax Clinic where he represented individuals and business owners in matters involving the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration. There, he helped to resolve licensing issues, settle claims, and assist in the tax appeals process.

Successfully completed seven civil abatement actions resulting in private property restoration through Receivership proceedings.

Limetree Estates v. City of Rancho Palos Verdes, USDC Case No. 2:23-CV-01420-PVC: Secured a victory on a Motion for Summary Judgment on a case involving the Fifth Amendment Takings Clause when a grading permit was not issued to scrape a private road in the Portuguese Bend Landslide Complex.
