For the second year in a row, Aleshire & Wynder Equity Partner Colin Partner held a CALPELRA session on AI with regard to public sector HR. This year, he presented with Jude Pool, Senior Director of Computer Services for UCSD's School of Biological Sciences.
This session covered LLMs and automation for optimizing recruitment, performance management and other HR processes.
