A&W Defends City of Perris Against Cannabis Dispensary Dynamic Meds

We're happy to announce that on the case of Dynamic Meds v. City of Perris (D084808), Partners Priscilla George and Michael Linden successfully defended the City of Perris against cannabis dispensary Dynamic Med's appeal for attorney's fees. They briefed and argued in front of the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District.
Dynamic Meds sought prevailing party status and attorneys’ fees in the trial court which was denied. Dynamic Meds appealed this decision and the Appellate Court denied the appeal. As such, Dynamic Meds was determined to not be a prevailing party and no attorneys’ fees were granted.
