In his civil practice, Amir focuses on employment, HR and risk management issues, triaging and resolving claims before they develop into significant litigation. His understanding of a case's value, desire for a fair resolution, and straight forwardness of the realities to clients has earned him a reputation for fairness and honesty with both clients and opposing counsel. Amir has also handled catastrophic injury claims with this same drive.
Throughout his career, Amir has represented numerous municipalities, local public entities, the California Superior Court, Loma Linda University and its related entities, and small business throughout California.
