Alyssa Coren, SHRM-CP, is a strategic human resources leader with a focus on aligning people strategies with organizational objectives, strengthening workplace culture, and driving operational effectiveness. As Head of Human Resources at Aleshire & Wynder, LLP, she partners with Firm leadership to develop and implement initiatives that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and long-term business success.

With over nine years of experience in human resources, Alyssa has supported organizations ranging from 30 to more than 5,000 employees. Her expertise includes employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employment compliance, and organizational development. She brings a thoughtful and solutions-oriented approach to navigating complex workplace matters, implementing effective HR practices, and supporting organizational change.

Alyssa is committed to building strong relationships across all levels of an organization and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. She is passionate about developing people, strengthening leadership capabilities, and creating sustainable HR strategies that balance employee needs with organizational priorities.

 Alyssa earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Los Angeles. She holds the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential and is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), including its Orange County Chapter, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
