Sarah Locklin

Associate

Sarah Locklin is an associate in the Irvine office. Ms. Locklin assists the firm with a wide variety of legal matters, focusing her practice on litigation, labor and employment, land use, ordinances and resolutions, and open government and ethics (including the Brown Act, Public Records Act, and the Political Reform Act).

Ms. Locklin has an enduring interest in public service and the intersection of law, government, and the public good. During law school, she was a member of the UC Hastings Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, a senior editor of the Hastings Race & Poverty Law Journal, and a law clerk for Contra Costa County Office of the Public Defender. Ms. Locklin also assisted indigent clients before the California Labor Commissioner through the Hastings Individual Representation Clinic. During her time at Santa Clara University, Ms. Locklin served as the student director of the Santa Clara Community Action Program, the university's largest student-run volunteer organization.
