Priyanka Shah is an associate at Aleshire & Wynder in the firm’s Irvine office, where she advises cities and other public agencies on a wide range of municipal law matters. Her practice includes municipal contracting and procurement, code enforcement, governance and compliance, public records, real estate, litigation, ordinance drafting, risk management, and land use and zoning, and litigation, with a focus on practical, solution-oriented guidance.

Priyanka works closely with clients to navigate complex regulatory frameworks, draft ordinances and agreements, and manage legal risk in day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.

Originally from the East Coast, Priyanka moved to California after years of study, work, and travel, and is committed to serving her clients and community with professionalism and integrity.
