Paul Early is the Assistant City Attorney for the Cities of of Laguna Niguel and Murrieta, and he is a partner in the firm’s Riverside office, focusing his practice on handling a wide variety of legal issues including municipal law, land use, environmental, construction law, and all aspects of representing public agencies. Mr. Early specializes in Land Use and Public Contracting issues along with Fee and Taxation, Brown Act and Conflicts of Interest issues.
Mr. Early currently serves as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Murrieta. Prior to joining Aleshire & Wynder, Mr. Early has over 22 years of municipal law experience and served as the Assistant City Attorney for the cities of Oxnard and Moreno Valley, as Deputy County Counsel for the City of Riverside and as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Glendale.
Mr. Early graduated from the California State University, San Marcos in 1997. He received his law degree from the Indiana University, School of Law in 2000, where he was a member of the Federal Telecommunications Law Journal and Public Interest Law Group.
