Orlando Torres brings extensive experience in financial leadership, operational strategy, and administrative infrastructure to his role at Aleshire & Wynder, LLP. His work centers on building clear, reliable financial frameworks—budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and treasury management—that provide transparency and support informed, data driven decision making across the firm.

He began his career in New York’s fast paced legal services environment, developing a strong foundation in accuracy driven financial operations and the disciplined controls common to East Coast law firms. Over more than a decade in professional services and public sector–aligned organizations, Orlando has focused on strengthening internal controls, improving operational consistency, and designing processes that help organizations scale responsibly.

He also served on the Supervisory Committee of Hudson Valley Credit Union, where he supported oversight and audit related responsibilities within the credit union’s governance structure.

Orlando works closely with attorneys, administrative leaders, and his finance team to align financial operations with the firm’s broader strategic goals. He views the team’s work as an essential part of supporting the firm’s long term stability and client service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and an MBA, both earned through the State University of New York system.
