Nathaniel Acosta is an Associate in Aleshire & Wynder’s Los Angeles office, where he maintains a dynamic practice balancing municipal advisory services with complex litigation. He has played a key role in a wide range of municipal matters, including mass tort defense, drafting counter-proposals in labor and employment negotiations, and advising city managers and elected officials on day-to-day legal interpretations. Nathaniel also focuses on environmental and water issues, assisting with the revision of contracts between water districts and cities, managing and reviewing discovery in CEQA litigation, and keeping clients informed about new legislation affecting municipal authority.
Public advocacy has long been central to Nathaniel’s professional background. Since law school, he has remained actively involved with Loyola Law School’s Immigrant Justice Clinic, zealously representing asylum applicants, U-Visa and T-Visa survivors, and unaccompanied minors in probate court. His commitment to community engagement also led to his appointment to the City of Brea’s Steering Committee, where he represented his age group and background in conversations on municipal planning and development.
