Nancy Flores Castaneda is an Associate Attorney in Aleshire & Wynder’s Fresno office.

Nancy graduated with distinction from San Joaquin College of Law, ranking in the top five percent of her class. During law school, she earned both the Carolyn T. Mirviss Memorial Scholarship and the George J. Vasquez Memorial Scholarship in recognition of her academic excellence and leadership.

Nancy began her legal career representing insurance companies and school districts in civil litigation matters, where she developed strong skills in legal research and analysis, motion practice, deposition defense, and strategic case management. Her early practice provided a solid foundation in defending complex claims and navigating high-exposure matters through resolution.

In her current practice, Nancy represents public entities in labor and employment disputes, constitutional claims, and environmental matters involving toxic and hazardous waste. She manages all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and strategy development through discovery, dispositive motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
