Diana Galvez

Diana Galvez is a seasoned legal administration leader recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening firm operations, and leveraging technology to drive organizational effectiveness. She is passionate about developing future leaders, fostering collaborative workplace cultures, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance operational excellence and the client experience.

Prior to joining Aleshire & Wynder LLP, Diana held regional leadership positions with nationally recognized law firms, including Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP, where she led administrative operations across multiple California offices. Her expertise includes organizational strategy, talent development, workforce planning, change management, budgeting, and process improvement. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, ability to build trusted relationships, and commitment to helping organizations drive growth and organizational transformation.

Diana earned her bachelor's degree in Communications and has completed executive leadership development programs focused on organizational leadership and professional growth. She currently serves as Secretary of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators and previously served as Chair of the chapter's Business Partner Committee and as a member of ALA's national Member Experience Committee.
