A native to Northern California, Ms. Oldham moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA, followed by USC – Gould School of Law.  As an experienced attorney with a specialized focus on commercial real estate, Ms. Oldham brings many years of expertise in navigating complex transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Her background spans both private practice and corporate legal departments, allowing her to blend strategic legal counsel with practical, business-driven solutions.

In her time as a practicing attorney, Ms. Oldham has successfully advised corporations, developers, and financial institutions on, among other things, high-stakes real estate acquisitions, dispositions, exchange agreements, financing structures, and commercial leases. Ms. Oldham thrives in structuring and negotiating sophisticated deals that drive business objectives while mitigating legal and financial risks.
