Gina J. Kim is an associate with the Firm and focuses her practice on litigation, property acquisition, and code enforcement. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Kim 's practice focused on public and private mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counsel.
Ms. Kim obtained her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude. She served on the Minnesota Law Review as a Submissions Editor, and externed for the Honorable John R. Tunheim, United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kim obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UCLA, cum laude.
