Alex Johnson is an associate with the Firm. Mr. Johnson focuses his practice on a wide range of matters including litigation, transactional, redevelopment, and employment law. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Johnson practiced corporate finance and restructuring in the Los Angeles office of a large, international law firm.
Mr. Johnson received his B.A., cum laude, from Northwestern University where he double majored in Philosophy and Religion. Mr. Johnson received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and served on the Southern California Law Review. He is admitted to practice in California.
